The Senior Product Manager is a key position to support our growth, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to join us! As the Senior Product Manager, you will be working cross functionally to design, build, and roll-out products and features that align with Drata’s strategy and vision. A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in changing environments and can build the roadmap to create innovative product offerings.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $157,100 - $194,000
Tier 2: $141,400 - $174,600
Tier 3: $125,700 - $155,200
