Global Campaign Manager (Remote) - Drata

Drata is looking for a Global Campaign Manager to join the company. This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup. You will build and manage full funnel, integrated marketing campaigns in North America and internationally.

We’re looking for someone who identifies as a ‘doer’ and is comfortable working cross-functionally and externally to consistently drive revenue and customer growth, quickly implementing best practices to identify and acquire new customers. We pride ourselves in our ability to move quickly and get the job done, and are committed to making sure every team member is set up to exceed expectations and learn and grow in their role. This role reports into the Director of Demand Generation, and will work very closely across Marketing, and with our Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams.

We look at qualified pipeline as our north star and marketing, sales & even CSG work cross functionally to achieve that. If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves, make an immediate impact, and be a high-visibility contributor within the organization, this role might be for you.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change. 

Tier 1: $141,900 - $175,200

Tier 2: $127,700 - $157,700

Tier 3: $113,500 - $140,200

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
