Drata is looking for a Demand Generation Manager - Paid Media to join the company. This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup.
We’re looking for someone who identifies as a ‘doer’ and is comfortable executing and helping Drata achieve its growth goals - from developing paid media campaigns, to editing ad and landing page copy, designing and implementing buyer experiences, and more. We pride ourselves in our ability to move quickly and get the job done, and are committed to making sure every team member is set up to exceed expectations and learn and grow in their role. This role will report to Drata’s Director, Demand Generation.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $141,900 - $175,200
Tier 2: $127,700 - $157,700
Tier 3: $113,500 - $140,200

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
