Senior Marketing Associate, Partnerships & Subscriptions

About the role

As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will support our Partnerships Lead to prioritise, plan and execute Deliveroo’s marketing partnerships and subscriptions programs. The successful candidate will have experience in business development, commercial partnership planning, project management and coordinating cross-functional projects.

What will you be doing?

• Deploy a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
• Develop & prioritise a pipeline of key strategic partnerships e.g. banks, payment wallets etc. 
• Develop business cases and innovative partnership campaigns that are mutually beneficial to both Deliveroo and its partners, using market, consumer and industry insights. 
• Maintain a strong relationship with current partners and propose new ways to grow the partnership in the long term.
• Manage the end-to-end process, from lead generation, negotiation, contract to collaborating closely with both internal and external teams to roll out campaign.
• Perform and report post-campaign analysis and make recommendations to shape future strategies .

Requirements and Skills you need

• Passion for food and consumer 
• Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management.
• Proven capability in multi-channel marketing program management, data-informed decision making processes and performance-based marketing approach 
• Highly collaborative and possesses excellent communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships.  Competent presenter with proven experience to influence, motivate and manage external stakeholders as well as internal teams/ HQ teams
• Creative problem solver with ability to navigate ambiguity and is resilient to overcome challenges 
• Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
• Strong negotiator & executor
• Not afraid to roll your sleeves up, attention to detail 
• Native Cantonese speaker, good written & spoken English
