The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to co-lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will plan, organize, and execute digital campaigns and programs that generate new leads, advance existing opportunities, and target key accounts.This role is integral to driving growth across all our digital channels, with a focus on paid search, display, social and retargeting, and conversion rate optimization for our website. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. To be eligible for this role, you must be based in the New York City area and will be expected to come into our Manhattan office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
You Will
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display, retargeting strategy across platforms
- Manage generous paid media budgets and track performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
- Analyze website and landing page performance to identify areas for improvement and test strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing.
- Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues on the company’s website, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals
The Expectations
You Have
- 6-8+ years of B2B experience in SaaS environment or similar
- Knowledge and proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns and improvement of website performance
- Ability to manage a generous budget and provide strategic recommendations for best use of spend
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure success and identify opportunities.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Ninetailed).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Big picture thinking and the ability to execute at the ground level
- Global campaign experience a plus
