We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Palliative Care Physician to continue building our home-based palliative care practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care, a passion for improving the quality of life for patients with serious illness, and the business acumen to grow a practice that delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $220,000 USD to $260,000 USD. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
