Executive Assistant - Cerebras Systems

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join the Cerebras team.

This role requires an independent self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen attention to detail, understanding business priorities and juggling multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment, and exercises sound judgment while handling confidential information with discretion.

This role is fully on-site and requires being in the office five days a week in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

Provide cross-functional scheduling and complex calendar support.
Ensure schedules are aligned with key business priorities based on a deep understanding of company goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster seamless collaboration.
Manage travel expenses and other reimbursements in a timely manner.
Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive information.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate the needs of executives and the team.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Slack and Microsoft office.
