Renewals Specialist - Censys

Role Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the contract renewal process for our valued clients. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail, who has strong communication skills. 

You will not only facilitate renewals, but also foster lasting relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers that enhances customer satisfaction. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and driving client success, we want to hear from you!

Our on-target salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $120,000 USD and equity.

This role is located in one of four office locations: Ann Arbor, Seattle, Los Altos, or Tysons Corner with a requirement to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a third day of choice.
