We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and grow our recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of recruiters and creating innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in areas such as AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and hire exceptional talent across diverse functional areas, including AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business leadership.

Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing techniques, industry insights, and strategic partnerships to identify top candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and evaluations to identify candidates who align with the company’s values and needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business goals.

Offer Management and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process, including compensation, benefits, and other key terms, to secure top candidates.

Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a strong team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure success in meeting recruitment goals.

Executive Search Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, attract, and hire exceptional executive talent across various functional areas, including AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business leadership.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting (e.g., recruiting senior-level or C-suite talent).

Strong understanding of the technology sector, with experience recruiting for roles in AI, machine learning, data science, or other technical fields.

A well-established network of candidates across various industries and roles, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting (ATS) and other recruitment tools to drive efficiency and improve recruitment processes.

California Pay Range

$201,000—$235,000 USD
