Responsibilities: Lead the growth and success of BigCommerce’s commerce solutions through product innovation, technical advisory, and strategic guidance across the company, and exercising decision-making authority. Serve as an external representative for the organization by hosting and leading thought leadership events, workshops, industry events, analysts’ reports.
Collaborate effectively with the product leadership teams to both advocate and lead the execution of micro-apps solutions most needed by our enterprise prospects, customers, and partners. Engage with C-level
executives to define enterprise eCommerce strategies. Independently solve complex issues for our established customers where analysis of situations
or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, in an effort to help improve customer retention and reference ability. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Educ./experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration orrelated field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a
Sales Engineer, Product Manager, or in a related position. Experience must include front-end web development technologies including next.js, react, JavaScript, and CSS; and API and webhooks for SaaS and open-source platforms. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
