Product Sourcing Coordinator

Since then, we've shipped more than 70 million toys and treats to the dogs across the world and use all of that direct customer feedback to inform new initiatives and ways to make magic between dogs and their people. We’ve since expanded into other offerings as well, as we aim to become THE Dog Company for every family with a four-legged, belly-scratch-loving, interspecies family member.

WHO WE’RE SNIFFING FOR 

Someone who is a dog enthusiast and loves to coordinate! You will be the point of contact for all samples across product categories (toys, wearables / accessories, consumables) that need to be sent to our external photography studio. This is a cross-functional role that allows for engagement across many different departments.  It’s a hands-on role so you get to come into the office which is a haven for dogs (and fun for humans). 

KEY DUTIES

• Review photo brief submissions and coordinate samples with cross functional teams. 
• Coordinating with the warehouse and physically sending products from the NY office. 
• Responsible for updating the status in our project management system and communication with the photography studio for the status of shipping.
• Organizing and maintaining Bark’s photo asset library. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• 2 years of professional experience 
• 1+ years exp with PM software required/ Familiarity with monday.com strongly preferred 
• 1+ years of experience in photoshop a plus! 
• 1+ years of experience in Brand Folder a plus! 
• Strong communication skills 

This position is a part-time, hourly position. It is located on-site at our office in NYC. 

FOR NY BASED APPLICANTS: 

• The hourly rate for this position is $30-35/hr
