We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our awesome global development team consisting of super talented and creative tech experts curating new solutions! We are a diverse team of specialists working closely with customer environments, learning daily, and enjoying some fun along the way. 

The Asset Group is a customer-focused group that has E2E responsibilities - from customer requests to quick results in the field. A key part of the Asset Group's responsibilities is searching for solutions and external products, finding ways to incorporate data, and developing and deploying quick features/customizations to win the tech game!

As part of the cloud team within the Asset Group, you’ll help extend the Axonius platform by integrating with cloud providers and security products like AWS, GCP, Wiz, and others. Your work will power deep visibility into cloud assets, helping customers untangle complexity and stay in control of their environments.

 What your day will look like:

• You will be working in high volume of data and large scale, in production environment 
• Be a problem-solver, providing out-of-the-box solutions to unique problems using top innovative technology
• Own feature development from definition level throughout the actual usage on customer environments
• Researching solutions, developing, and deploying quick features/ customizations to obtain the tech WIN!
• In a nutshell, you will be the technical ace that helps us close the deal 

Reach out if you have:

•  4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with deep cloud infrastructure understanding OR experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer, with deep software engineering understanding.
• 1+ years in Python - At least 
• Fast learning ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiar with at least one of the following communication method REST, SOAP , GraphQL , LDAP , SNMP
• Familiar with at least one of the following Database technologies SQL , MongoDB
• Excellent English written and verbal communication

Advantages:

• Experienced in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Wiz, with a focus on IAM
• Significant coding experience, including design and code review, or experience with infrastructure coding
• Experience with Linux environments
• Experience with multi-process architectures and relevant operating systems System calls (Fork, exec)
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Experience working with customers worldwide
• Extensive experience with a variety of technologies (such as Docker, MongoDB, cloud environments)
