Job Summary:

Aura is looking for an experienced graphic designer to join the Brand Creative Team

Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

• Work as part of in-house creative team to design solutions across all channels: email, commerce, retail, packaging, and print.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: Passionate about design and creating brands, with a keen eye for detail. You're able to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals. 
• Solid comprehension of growth marketing and DTC; you understand how brands exist and thrive in the digital world brand
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to iterate on creative.
• Agile: you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly when needed. 
• Strong written and verbal communication; you can articulate your work and the rationale behind your decisions.
• You are a critical thinker and strategic problem solver.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years experience; in-house DTC experience ideal
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing layout, typography, composition, and color usage.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. 
• Proficiency with Google Suite.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

• In office 3-4 days a week.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
