Who we are
Attentive’s Revenue Operations team is seeking a Revenue Analytics Lead with a primary focus on forecasting and driving data-driven strategies that support customer retention, account growth, and revenue optimization. In this individual contribution role, you will take the lead in developing, managing, and refining advanced forecasting models that forecast customer behavior, usage trends, and potential churn. Your expertise will be critical in helping the Customer Success team make data-driven decisions to maximize customer retention, drive growth, and minimize churn. You will lead forecasting efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable recommendations that enable the organization to proactively support customers and achieve revenue goals.
