Who we are
Attentive is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our UK-based team and play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion. As a key leader in our London office, you’ll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. 

You’ll coach and develop a team of ambitious and high-performing Sales Development Representatives focused on our mid-market and enterprise segment. This is a high-impact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of next-generation sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a high-growth, high-speed organization as we expand into new markets
