GTM Compensation Program Manager - Articulate
Articulate is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Compensation Program Manager to own our GTM compensation program. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of our GTM compensation strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compensation plans motivate performance, align with company objectives, and scale with our growth.
We’re seeking someone with a deep sense of ownership over sales compensation programs—someone who understands their impact on the business and is excited to optimize, refine, and elevate our approach. In this role, you’ll balance day-to-day execution—including commission calculations, plan administration, and managing our commission automation platform, Salesforce Spiff—with strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Solutions, and GTM leadership to continuously refine our compensation framework, analyze performance trends, and implement scalable solutions. Your ability to blend operations, analytics, and strategy will directly impact GTM effectiveness and company growth.
