Senior Security Manager (Security Engineering & Tooling), Remote - Aledade
As the Senior Security Manager, you will lead by being a highly technical leader who delivers high business impact on projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Security Manager specializing in security tooling to lead our organization’s efforts in selecting, implementing, and managing the suite of security tools required to maintain a robust security posture. This role requires extensive technical expertise in security technologies, including their deployment, optimization, and management.
The successful candidate will work closely with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure that all security tools are functioning optimally and addressing the organization’s needs. This candidate will have deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance practices, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a proactive security posture. You will lead a team of individual contributors focused on protecting patients, our employees, and Aledade as a whole.
