Our Solutions Engineering Team sits at the heart of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, equipping all teams with the technical expertise needed to succeed.
Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with Sales Directors, Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) throughout the sales process and the entire customer lifecycle. Your role will be instrumental in driving technical success by understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations of our platform.
