Technical Architect – Full stack web apps and Mobile app development

Location: Bangalore

The challenge

The Full stack  Architect position is a Innovation and Solution incubation role requiring both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills. Content Architect primary focus would be on Scripting frame works and Adobe Digital experience technologies   family of the products ( Content , commerce , Customer journey). He/She will work with multiple stakeholders from 1) Global practice teams 2) Implementation teams 3) Product engineering teams. The responsibilities include but not limited to deep dive into emerging product roadmap, trending customer problems and derive referential deliverables to Implementation teams.  The referential deliverables will give the solutions from use cases derived out of research.  Architect should be able to narrate play books, white papers, create proof of technology. In addition, consultant help each client architect and implement best in class web analytic setup throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solve technical issues when they arise. He/she will also be responsible to contribute to overall digital strategy and derive and setup headless CMS solutions , web apps and mobile native apps ,  in integration with other products to solve key business use-cases. It is an evangelist role with constant focus on research, learning and demonstrating capabilities and enabling teams.

• Full Stack Architect with a passion for innovation, thought leadership, and customer engagement, driving the creation of cutting-edge custom applications.
• Creating re-usable and comprehensive best practices guide for social media marketing content to be leveraged    Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp), Display Ads, and LinkedIn
• Architect and design UI architecture for Headless Content management solutions.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership -Lead the design and development of next-gen custom apps, mobile solutions, and AI-driven marketing automation.
• Demo & Prototype Development -  Build interactive demos and prototypes showcasing personalized social marketing templates, ad automation, and AI-driven customer engagement.
• Experiment with Generative AI and automation to enhance social media campaign effectiveness.
• Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement -Partner with sales teams to sell innovative solutions, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business use cases.
• Present to CXOs and digital leaders, demonstrating the ROI of custom apps and AI-powered marketing templates.
• Create custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined digital transformation needs.
• Engage and evangelize your and team’s recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams.
• Recommend future state of the technology architecture across the organization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital engagement, personalization, and social commerce.
• Technical Solutioning & Architecture - Architect and implement full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, cloud) to drive seamless customer experiences.
• Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve clients’ optimal state.
• Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate those to the client
• Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
• Be the trusted advisor on the ground for client leadership and stakeholders regarding digital experience technological maturity.
• Advertise the value of your role and work within the larger Adobe Consulting Group.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA.
  • Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android)
  • Strong back-end development skills with languages like Java, Python or Node.js
  • Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for building scalable and efficient applications.
  • Good to have, knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront & Fusion, AEM App Builder, AEM Assets etc.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services, Google Cloud and serverless architectures
  • Version control using Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
  • Security awareness, including standard methodologies for securing web applications and data.
  • Experience with AI, in particular Generative AI, is a plus.
• Professional Experience:
  • 13-15 years of relevant work experience in Digital Transformation with a strong Technical focus (preferable)
  • Consistent record of developing full-stack applications in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in multi-functional teams.
  • Prior work on projects involving large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data technologies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of software development standard methodologies, including code reviews, testing (unit, integration, and automated testing), and documentation.
  • Experience in architecting and designing scalable and resilient systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, project managers, multi-functional team and senior leadership
  • Ability to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in presenting deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetings
  • Experience working with software engineers, data architects, application developers & data scientists to plan out end-to-end solutions
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Project management skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Client-focused and able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business strategy successfully to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority.
  • Team collaboration and the ability to mentor junior developers.
