We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Solutions Consultant Digital Media to join our Adobe DMe business based in one of our offices (Munich, Hamburg or Berlin).
The creative landscape is experiencing rapid changes in the face of AI innovation and the continuous explosion of content production needs. To support our Solutions Consulting team, we look for an experienced professional combining a deep understanding of (Gen)AI and its implication on content creation and marketing workflows with experience in digital transformation projects in large enterprises. Ideally you have prior experience in Adobe solutions and a pre-sales role, present confidently and discuss technical solutions with customer stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll do
Work with the sales ecosystem and our customers to uncover challenges in their creative and document workflows, develop an understanding for their business needs and high-impact use cases and translate these into suitable technological solutions
Develop compelling, value-oriented demos that communicate the value of Adobe solutions and map to customer business issues and use cases
Act as trusted technical advisor for your clients and all members of the sales ecosystem by partnering effectively to address technical questions and challenges, tabling innovative solutions and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and an innovation mindset
Advocate for our solutions by constantly demonstrating their value and drive validation of the technical solution fit that helps your clients reach their objectives, thereby driving progress in the sales process
Establish and maintain great customer relationships, leveraging your industry expertise to understand and inspire practitioners, leaders and deciders alike
Conduct customer workshops, workflow assessments, support proof of concepts and demonstrate our solutions and the business benefits they bring to our customer
Represent the Adobe brand as a thought leader in public speaking engagements at events and conferences
What you need to succeed
Ideally a deep understanding of Gen(AI) technology trends, content production workflows (or similar industry expertise) and experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud solution portfolio
An understanding of document and electronic signature workflows and technologies, ideally combined with experience with Adobe Document Cloud solutions
Familiar with (and ideally experience in working with) concepts involving (generative) AI, APIs, low-code automation solutions, web services and associated technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Postman and others
Desirable: Experience with solutions from the Adobe Digital Experience portfolio
Ability to translate client needs into Adobe solutions and convey the value of complex, technical solution concepts in an easily understandable way to non-technical and technical audiences
A customer centric mindset and the ability to identify customers' critical business problems and experience with appropriate methodologies to surface areas for impact, such as design thinking approaches
Experience in building and communicating technical value propositions for enterprises through storytelling
Excellent presentation and software demonstration skills
Experience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales and solution selling environment
Proficient in German and English, written and spoken at business level
Excellent communication and self-organization skills, proactiveness and ability to leverage these working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Ability to work in one of our German Adobe offices and travel regularly within Central Europe
