The Opportunity
Adobe.com is Adobe’s marquee web presence, spans over 90 countries, operates in over 40 languages, and is a critical driver of Adobe’s business. A huge market opportunity for Adobe sits outside the US, and as a result, our international site experiences (logged in and logged out) are critical to the company’s success.
Your job will be to take Adobe’s international web presence for our Digital Media business (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) to the next level, creating a clear regional strategy, driving high-impact initiatives that align to business critical metrics, and creating a strong connection between corporate, the regional web teams and key business partners. A suitable candidate will be able to deliver compelling experiences for cloud-based web applications, have a proven track record of growth and impact, an ability to work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a deep impact through influence.

What is needed to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
