The opportunity
Would you like to be part of a team responsible for putting Adobe's industry leading products in the hands of creatives and communicators everywhere? As a Senior Performance Media Manager for Creative Cloud, you will be accountable for acquiring and engaging professional creatives and next-generation Adobe users. We are a group who values data and creative equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches.
In this highly visible role, you’ll focus on building innovative performance media programs and relevant customer experiences to drive user acquisition and engagement. Your challenge is to partner with stakeholders to develop a performance media strategy, grow our active user base, and drive annual recurring revenue (ARR). You’ll drive performance media for Adobe’s LATAM region on paid social, programmatic media, paid search, mobile, and other advertising platforms. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, Analytics, Adobe Studio, Product Marketing, and Web teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of outstanding marketing strategies across Search, Social, Display, Mobile
Plan and manage large media budgets to meet quarterly performance, engagement, and acquisition targets
Present on strategies, learnings, insights, and opportunities for Creative Cloud growth to Adobe executives
Continuously test creative, placements, channels, audiences, bidding, and optimization strategies to efficiently acquire the next generation of creatives to Adobe
Build testing methodology for new platforms and establish performance thresholds for further investment
Collaborate with Analytics teams to recommend, design, and execute experiments and uncover new ways to increase acquisition and engagement
Provide data analysis and insights to support the Performance Marketing org in developing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Qualifications
7+ years experience, MBA or BA/BS degree, Tech or SaaS experience preferred
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
Proven expertise in performance marketing
Ability to learn our technology, products, and systems quickly
Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action with us
Ability to work optimally within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and an outstanding eye for detail
English, Portuguese, Spanish fluency preferred
