The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager to join our Adobe Experience Cloud (DX) business based in Munich.
In this role you are accountable for planning and execution of relevant marketing programs that drive demonstrable business impact and pipeline. A strong digital marketing background with a focus on enterprise customers (e.g. DAX Unternehmen), ABM skills as well as close collaboration between sales & marketing are key success factors.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute successful B2B marketing campaigns and events in conjunction with the EMEA Campaign & Demand Generation Team and the regional sales leads in alignment with regional business goals
Build and implement a coordinated ABM marketing plan to expand market share and achieve growth targets
Support deal progression, measure program success and determine ongoing improvements for maximum business impact
Report and communicate the progress and outputs of your marketing activity to your collaborators
Manage the budget for your customer segment to complete campaigns flawlessly according to the plan
Ensure alignment with the overall regional business strategy and account plans
What you need to succeed
We need someone willing to make a difference in an always evolving and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be extremely competent at working with both sales and marketing teams, feel comfortable in a matrixed team and able to orchestrate resources, both within and outside the team to get things done. Core skills include:
Understanding the trends and challenges faced by our enterprise customers and their industries with a Marketing and IT lense
Experience in creating targeted and effective marketing programs and messages
Able to deal with ambiguity and work at high pace
Strong ability to understand data insights and take respective actions
Ability to influence peers through collaborative working – both, in region and across EMEA
Working well with external agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
Education & Relevant Experience
8+ years of experience working in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally in a marketing technology vendor
BA/BSc Degree
Proven field marketing experience of delivering pipeline and revenue
ABM Marketing experience is a plus
German native speaker / English proficient
Excellent MS Office and especially Excel & PowerPoint skills
