Adobe offers an outstanding opportunity to lead our Experimentation Platform as a Principal Product Manager. This role is integral to crafting and driving the strategy for our internal growth and experimentation initiatives. You will be at the forefront of evolving our platform’s capabilities to ensure flawless execution of product and feature growth through rigorous experimentation, campaigns, and data analysis.
Lead all aspects of product development for tools used by teams to launch, manage, and monitor experiments and campaigns. Collaborate closely with product managers and team members to encourage an experimental culture that improves business impact and customer experiences. Empower teams with your expertise to achieve outstanding results.
Define and advocate for a multi-year product roadmap for our growth and experimentation platform through partnership with engineering.
Drive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition and coordination across growth and experimentation platform teams.
Maintain a clear perspective on the platform’s direction and influence peers and executives to build consensus around your vision.
Engage regularly with collaborators to collect feedback on improvements and enhancements for the platform’s tools and processes.
Advocate for the adoption of growth best practices and continuously improve our capabilities based on industry trends and internal feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate with global collaborators to build outstanding products.
8+ years of platform product management experience.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
Experience with A/B testing, product experimentation, and analytics.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer is a plus.
Strong ability to work closely with engineering to define specific problems, set outcomes, and prioritize across multiple work streams and teams.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex, cross-team challenges, securing alignment on the path forward.
Outstanding analytical skills with a strong bias for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to clearly and compellingly convey information to peers and executives, inspiring excitement about the growth platform.
